WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS due to the fact that we have no way of knowing how long these items were unrefrigerated, out of the freezer, nor what was done once they were open.

If, for some reason, there was an issue with an item purchased at our store, at the discretion of management we would be happy to provide a 10% discount on the replacement purchase of the same item (this discount applies to the item in question, not the entire purchase).
Other Return/Exchange Guidelines:
Any item being returned or exchanged must be in its original, unopened form and be resalable at our store.
We do not accept items by the brands we carry that were purchased at other stores.
We do not accept returns over 90 days after the original sale.
Proof of purchase (digital receipt) is required in order to return or exchange an item. Our employees must be able to find your transaction in our system in order for a return/exchange to be processed. We will not refund nor exchange any items if we cannot find evidence of the purchase in our system.
Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
If an item is defective, you must contact the original vendor who produce, made, designed the item in order to receive their support in a refund or replacement.
