We carry a variety of pasture raised pork cuts from small local North Carolina farms where the animals are 100% humanely bred, raised and harvested. All of our meat is free of antibiotics, hormones, nitrates, nitrites, and any other nasty additives you can think of. All natural. All the time.
We are happy to accommodate special cut requests and sizes with a two week lead time and as long as the item requested is available from our farmers. If you don't see a cut you are looking for, please ask! We will reach out to our farmers and see if they can accommodate your needs.

Firsthand Foods (Durham, NC) and their wonderful team diligently seek out small family owned North Carolina farmers that raise their hogs on pasture and with plenty of mud holes to wallow in. They use best practices in humane treatment and all-natural breeding. Without Firsthand Foods we would not have access to so many wonderful famers and their families who are doing their very best to supply quality meats to the local community.
Our cured hams come from A.B. Vannoy Hams in West Jefferson, NC. Their hams are slow cured without any additives, nitrates, nitrites, chemicals or preservatives.
Below you will find links to more information on each one of the small farmers that supply our local pork.
