We have the pleasure of receiving pasture raised duck eggs from Mike (aka The Fit Farmer) and Lacie Dickson in Concord, NC. Each one of Mike and Lacie's children have certain aspects of the Homestead they are responsible for, and their oldest daughter, Selah, does an amazing job taking care of the ducks and their eggs.
Duck eggs are high in selenium, all eight B vitamins, vitamin D, and are great for baking!
